Black Agate/Amethyst Luna Moth, Moon & Mushroom Fringe Earrings in Antiqued Solid Sterling Silver

These stunning earrings were meticulously handcrafted by me over the last 2 months of long hard hours using high quality .925 solid sterling silver that I oxidized and polished for a darker antiqued look. Every component besides the ear wires were handmade by me.

If you’d like to know what I did here is a bit of an overview of my process: First, I made the earring shape cut it out and soldered it together. I then drew and sawed out the Luna moth as well as punched out the moons and mushroom caps. Next I soldered the stems to make little mushrooms, and made each of the bezels for the individual stones. I soldered everything together in steps, cut each of the fridge pieces to length and hammered/smoothed each one out. I then cut and seated the faceted amethyst on the bottom of the earrings along with each of the other stones.

The stones used in these earrings are 4 genuine amethyst that are 3mm each (2 faceted and 2 cabochons) and 2 black agate smooth cabochons that are 10x14mm.

Earring Dimensions: 0.93 in wide x 3.21 in long from where they sit in the ear.
