This beautiful lotus necklace was meticulously handcrafted over many many hours using silver smithing and wire wrapping techniques. To start I made the bezel for the moonstone and soldered it together, I also hand drew out the lotus flower and cut it out using a jewelers saw, and stamped a flower detail here and there on the lotus. I then soldered on the bail, bezel and jump rings/wire wrapped the raw quartz crystal for the dangle and attached everything together. I oxidized and polished this entire necklace for a darker antiqued look that gives the piece more depth and dimension.
